With the introduction of Real Time Information (RTI) and auto-enrolment, all employers will need to have a robust payroll system in place; able to accurately calculate and record employee and employer pension contributions, and the treatment of tax on them. HR policies need to be up to date and capable of working within the framework of new rules.

Our payroll service is structured to meet your unique and specific requirements – we will meet with you and discuss your needs and wants. We will design a service package that meets these needs.

You determine how we manage the payroll processing for your business – how you will communicate with us, what type of payslips you want, whether you want them to be sent to your staff directly or sent to you for distribution, by email or post, or any other considerations that are important to you and your employees.

We will handle all correspondence with HMRC relating to your payroll, including complying with the RTI regulations.

If you have a pension scheme for your employees we can accurately deduct employee contributions, calculate employer contributions and produce a report for you and your pension provider. And if you don’t yet have one, we can advise you on your options. If you are about to set up a pension scheme under the new auto-enrolment rules, we can help ensure that you comply with the rules on giving information to your employees and enrolling them correctly at the right time.

Even under RTI there will still be a year-end process, so of course, at the end of the financial year, we produce the P60s, and P11Ds (where needed) for your approval before we submit online. We will provide you with the annual pension report before submission to the pension provider.
